Mandatory To All Staff (Graphic Designers, One-shot writers, and Reviewers)

• Reply as soon as you get an email from your webmistress letting me know you received the request form. [Maximum is three days for you to respond]

• Contact me so I can announce your hiatus. I understand that we all have a life, but that's no excuse to disappear for a long period of time when you've been given a request. Try to get your request done as soon as you are able to do so. I will not tolerate cleaning up your slack. Password is 'pokemon'.

• Treat your webmistress (me) with respect. Treat your requester with respect. Simply, treat everyone with respect like how you want to be treated. Do not use profanity, threats, or any verbal assaults towards anyone on this site or you will be warned. Three warnings, and you're fired, no exceptions.

• Report any contravene of rules by a requester so that they may be warned or blacklisted.

Graphic Designers:

• If you're not comfortable with the subject matter/mood of the request, try your best. The goal is to learn versatility. If it takes 3 weeks and you're still not able to complete the request, let me know and I will give the request to the next available staff member.

• Put your name, the site's name, and the URL on your request.

• You have a maximum of 3 weeks allowed to complete a request. 5 weeks is the limit to complete the request. Please tell me beforehand if you cannot complete the request so I can pass it to the next available staff member. If you take longer than this and don't have a good excuse or tell me beforehand, you will be fired and blacklisted.

One/Double/Triple-shot Writers:

• Absolutely no plagerisim. Respect other authors and write your own works of fiction. Do not in any way associate the website (me) in anyway. Consequences will result in being fired and blacklisted.

• Be sure to edit grammar(s) and vocabulary before sending me your completed request. If I happen to catch you with a mistake, I will come after your ass.

• You have a maximum of 4 weeks allowed to complete a request. 6 weeks is the limit to complete the request if you are having personal/technical problems. Please tell me beforehand if you cannot complete the request so I can pass it to the next available staff member. If you take longer than this and don't have a good excuse or tell me beforehand, you will be fired and blacklisted.

Reviewers:

• Please score honestly. You should not be biased or feel "sorry" for the author because the author requested for an honest review, so please do not feel obliged to be kind. Basically, be blunt but in detail.
